Everything you order is handmade and made to order.  Therefore, orders can take up to 1 weeks (5 bus. days) to be completed and shipped.  Depending on the size of the order, you may receive it as early as a few days. If you need a rush order, please email Me before you place your order and I'll see if I can accommodate you.  Additional fees will apply for rush orders.

 Currently, I charge a shipping rate of $3.00 for 1st bow and $0.75  for each added bow. For orders over $50.00 it will be $10.00 flat rate fee. For orders over $75.00, shipping is FREE!!  I ship via USPS and UPS. Currently, I ship to U.S. customers only. SORRY

 Each and every order is custom made to order.  I make the products especially for you and strive to provide you with the kind of product that I would want to receive if I were the paying customer.  I would feel awful if you received a barrette that you didn't want, so please make your selections carefully. I'm are not responsible if you make an incorrect selection while shopping.  What you order is what you get. Due to the nature of my handmade products, I simply cannot accept returns.  However, an exchange can be made within 7 days of receipt, if your barrette arrives damaged or defective.  I will require a copy of your receipt/invoice in order to make any exchanges.
